1. Who we are
Nexoro is a training app for fitness coaches and their clients, run by NS Developments LLC, 5208 Runyon Dr, The Colony, TX 75056 ("Nexoro", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. Contact nsingh@nsassociates.us with any question.
2. What we collect
Account and profile: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our database provider), Face ID passkey (the passkey stays on your phone; we keep only its public key), photo, birthday, height, sex, time zone, units and settings.
Health and training data from your device, only after you connect it and say yes on the device maker's screen:
- WHOOP: recovery, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, strain and workouts.
- Oura Ring: readiness, sleep, activity and workouts.
- Fitbit or Pixel Watch (Google Health API): sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, activity and workouts.
- Apple Watch (the Nexoro iPhone app reading Apple Health): sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, breathing rate, wrist temperature, workouts, heart rate and active calories.
What you and your coach add: weigh-ins, goals, schedule, training plans and plan files you upload, sessions marked done, coach notes, and messages with photos and videos.
Nex questions and answers, if you turn Nex on (section 3): the questions you ask Nex, its answers, when you asked, and which kinds of data it looked at and for which dates (never the values themselves). A coach's questions about a client are kept for that coach.
Business details for coaches: business name, logo, and (once payments start) your plan, your client count for the plan, and your payment status (free trial, paid, late, ending or ended), with the dates, the amounts and the last four digits and brand of your card. Coaches pay Nexoro through Stripe. Nexoro never sees or stores card numbers, and clients never pay Nexoro. Stripe collects your card, and your billing address to work out sales tax.
Technical: your phone's notification address if you turn notifications on, sign-in sessions, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address used only to stop abuse (kept 2 days).
3. How we use it
- To show you your data, your plan and your coach's guidance, and to send the notifications you turn on.
- To let your coach coach you (section 4).
- To keep accounts secure, stop abuse and fix problems.
- To bill coaches.
We don't sell your data, rent it, use it for ads, or use tracking cookies.
AI. Your data is never used to build, train or improve any AI model, by us or by anyone else. An AI model (Claude, from Anthropic, through its commercial API) is used in only two places:
- Plan files. Claude reads a training plan file you or your coach upload to turn it into sessions, and nothing starts until a person confirms them.
- Nex, an optional feature that answers questions about what's logged in Nexoro, such as "What workout did I do last Monday?". Nex is off until you turn it on with its own consent screen. When you ask a question, Nexoro looks up only what that question needs from your workouts, sleep, recovery, activity, weigh-ins, goals, schedule and plan, and sends it with your question to Claude to write the answer. Nex never sends your messages, your coach's notes, your photos or Oura Ring data. Your coach can ask Nex about your data from your screens too, while you share your data with them. That's on once you say yes to the Share your data text that mentions Nex, and you can turn it off any time in Settings, Nex; you don't see what your coach asked. Nex gives facts, not medical, training or nutrition advice.
Anthropic does not use what Nexoro sends to train its models.
4. Your coach
When you join a coach in Nexoro, your coach sees none of your data until you say yes on the Share your data screen. That screen names your coach and their business and lists exactly what your coach can see and change, as below. You can answer Not now, and you can share later or stop sharing any time in Settings, Your coach. When you stop, your coach loses access at once and is told; they stay your coach, and what they already set up stays. Messages with your coach work either way. Each answer is kept with the exact text you saw, until your account is deleted.
Your coach can:
- see your device data, weigh-ins, goals, schedule, plan, profile details and messages;
- change your plan, schedule, goals, weigh-ins and profile details (name, birthday, height, sex) and mark sessions done. Changes show "From your coach";
- write you notes and message you;
- ask Nex about your data from your screens, if the coach turned Nex on, unless you turn off "Let your coach ask Nex" in Settings, Nex (section 3);
- get a morning note when you skip a session and a Sunday summary of your week.
Your coach can't see or change your password, Face ID, settings, notification choices or device connection. Each time your coach opens one of your screens or changes something, it's logged.
Other people. Clients never see each other. Coaches see only their own clients. Nexoro's admin sees each coach's name, business name, client count and payment status, never a client's name or data. Nexoro staff look at your data only when you ask us to, to fix a problem, or when the law requires it.
5. Who else handles data for us
These companies run parts of Nexoro for us and may only use data to do that:
- Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in), in the United States.
- Vercel (hosting the app), in the United States.
- Anthropic (reading uploaded plan files and answering Nex questions, for people who turned Nex on), in the United States.
- Apple, Google and Mozilla push services (delivering notifications; they see the notification text).
- Stripe (coach payments), in the United States: it gets a coach's name, email, card, billing address (for sales tax) and plan, and sends receipts, failed payment notices and the trial reminder. It never gets a client's data, and nothing about clients beyond the coach's plan. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- WHOOP, Oura, Google and Apple, when you connect their device. Each has its own privacy policy.
We may share data if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of Nexoro (the buyer would have to follow this policy).
6. How long we keep it
- Your data stays while your account exists.
- Videos in messages are deleted after 90 days. Photos are kept until the account is removed.
- A request to join a coach ends after 14 days, and a declined or ended request deletes that account.
- Scrambled IP records are deleted after 2 days.
- Nex questions and answers are deleted after 90 days, and you can delete them sooner in Settings, Nex, one at a time or all at once. Turning Nex off doesn't delete them. A coach's questions about you are deleted when you turn off "Let your coach ask Nex" or stop working with that coach.
- When you disconnect a device, Nexoro stops reading it at once.
- When an account is deleted, everything stored for it is deleted at once, including uploaded files, photos and videos; any file left behind is removed within 24 hours. The device you connected is told to end Nexoro's access. Backups are gone within 7 days.
- If your coach deletes their account, you keep your account and your data, with no coach, and you're told. Your messages with that coach are deleted for both of you.
- Nexoro keeps a record that an account was deleted (the time, the role and counts), with no name, email or id.
- A coach's payments (the amount, sales tax and date of each) are kept for the books. When a coach's account is deleted, they're no longer linked to it. Stripe keeps its own invoices and receipts for the coach as the law requires.
- A paused or ended coach's data, and their clients' data, stay until the account is deleted.
7. Your choices
- Disconnect your device anytime in Settings, Your device, or in the device maker's app.
- Turn notifications off in Settings, Notifications.
- See and change your profile in the app.
- Choose whether your coach sees your data, and stop sharing any time, in Settings, Your coach.
- Turn Nex on or off, and choose whether your coach can ask Nex about your data, in Settings, Nex. Turning either off stops it at once.
- Delete your account any time in Settings, Delete account. It's deleted at once.
- Ask for a copy of your data at nsingh@nsassociates.us. We send it within 30 days.
8. Google user data (Limited Use)
Nexoro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you turn on Nex, data Nexoro receives from Google (Fitbit or Pixel Watch) can be sent to Anthropic's Claude only to answer a question you or your coach asked, shown right away in the app. That is a user-facing feature you chose; it is never used to train, build or improve any AI model, never used for ads, and never sold.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every table limits access to the right people at the database level. Device access tokens are stored where the app's pages can't reach them. No system is perfectly secure; we'll tell you if a breach affects your data, as the law requires.
10. Children
Nexoro is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
11. Changes
We'll tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect.
