Nexoro Terms of Service. Last updated October 21, 2026. See also the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Nexoro is a training app for fitness coaches and their clients, run by NS Developments LLC, a Texas limited liability company at 5208 Runyon Dr, The Colony, TX 75056 ("Nexoro", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Nexoro, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Nexoro.
2. The people who use Nexoro
- Coaches are personal trainers and fitness coaches who pay for Nexoro to manage their clients.
- Clients are people a coach invites, or who ask to join with a coach's code and are accepted. Clients don't pay Nexoro.
- Admin is Nexoro's own staff account. The admin sees each coach's name, business name, number of clients and payment status. The admin does not see clients' names or data.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexoro.
3. Your account
- Keep your password and devices secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us true information, and keep your email address current.
- One person per account. Don't share your account.
- Each client has one coach at a time.
4. Coaches
4.1 Plans and price
Coaches pay monthly, based on how many clients they have:
| Plan | Clients | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 15 clients | up to 15 | $50 a month |
| 16 to 30 clients | 16 to 30 | $100 a month |
| 31 or more clients | 31 or more | $150 a month |
Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is added where it applies. Your client count is the clients who have joined you in Nexoro, including those who haven't said yes to sharing their data yet. People waiting for you to accept them and invites nobody has used don't count.
Coaches pay Nexoro through Stripe, our payment provider, which handles your card under its own terms. Nexoro never sees or stores card numbers, and clients never pay Nexoro.
4.2 Free trial
New coaches get one 14-day free trial per account. You add a card before you start, and you aren't charged during the trial. Stripe emails you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends. Unless you cancel before it ends, your first monthly charge happens when it ends, at the plan your client count is on then. A coach who cancels and comes back pays from the first day.
Coaches who joined before payments started get 14 days from that day to add a card. Without a card by then, their account and their clients' accounts are paused until they add one. Nothing is deleted.
4.3 Automatic renewal
Your plan renews every month on the same day and charges the card on file until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings, Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. After that your account and your clients' accounts are paused, nothing is deleted, and you can start again any time.
4.4 Moving between plans
When your client count goes above your plan's limit, you move to the next plan automatically. We charge the difference for the rest of the current month, and the higher price from your next bill. During the free trial there is no charge for the move; your first bill is simply at the new plan. When your client count drops back under a plan's limit, you move down on your next bill. There are no refunds or credits for moving down partway through a month.
4.5 Late payment and pausing
If a payment fails, we'll tell you in the app and Stripe retries it for 7 days. Your clients aren't told. If it still hasn't gone through after 7 days, your account and your clients' accounts are paused. While paused, nobody in your group can use Nexoro, but nothing is deleted and connected devices keep syncing. You aren't billed for the months you're paused. Pay the one bill that failed and everything comes back right away, with the same billing date.
If Nexoro pauses your account for any other reason, your card isn't charged while it's paused.
4.6 Refunds
Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you paid for, and moving down applies on your next bill, so neither gives a refund. Deleting your account ends your membership at once, with no refund for the rest of the month. We may refund a payment by hand.
4.7 Your responsibilities as a coach
- You are an independent professional, not an employee or agent of Nexoro. Your coaching, advice, plans and programs are your own responsibility.
- Get each client's agreement to coach them through Nexoro, including that you'll see their health and training data.
- Only use a client's data to coach that client. Don't copy it out of Nexoro for any other purpose, sell it or share it with others.
- Keep any licenses, certifications and insurance your work requires.
- Don't give medical advice or diagnose or treat any condition. Refer clients to a doctor when that's needed.
5. Clients
- Your coach sees your data in Nexoro and can change your plan, schedule, goals, weigh-ins and some profile details. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy ("Your coach") lists exactly what.
- Your coach, not Nexoro, is responsible for the coaching you get.
- If your coach stops using Nexoro or is removed, you keep your account and data without a coach. If your coach's account is paused, yours is paused too until it's back on.
6. Not medical advice
Nexoro shows fitness and recovery information and fixed coaching rules. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a training program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are injured. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
7. Connected devices and other services
- Nexoro reads data, with your permission, from the device you connect: Whoop, Oura Ring, Fitbit or Pixel Watch (through Google), or Apple Watch (through the Nexoro iPhone app and Apple Health). Each is a separate company with its own terms, and we don't control them.
- Some device makers limit how many people can connect to an app like Nexoro. When a device is full, you may need to pick another device or wait.
- If a device maker changes or stops its service, Nexoro may stop being able to show that data.
8. What you put in Nexoro
- You keep ownership of what you upload or write: messages, photos, videos, training plans, notes and logos.
- You give us permission to store, process and show that content in Nexoro only so we can run the service for you and the people you share it with.
- Only upload content you have the right to share. Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or that invades someone's privacy.
- Videos in messages are deleted after 90 days. Photos are kept until the account is removed.
- Training plan files you upload are read by an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic) only to turn them into sessions you confirm. Your health data goes to an AI model only through Nex, an optional feature you turn on yourself, as the Privacy Policy describes. Your messages are never sent to an AI model.
9. Things you may not do
- Break the law, or use Nexoro to harm, harass or spam anyone.
- Try to see accounts or data that aren't yours, or get around limits, rate limits or security.
- Copy, resell or rebuild Nexoro, or scrape it.
- Invite people or share your code to sign up people who haven't agreed to be coached by you.
10. Ending your use
- Coaches can cancel their plan anytime (section 4.3). Anyone can delete their account any time in Settings, Delete account.
- We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn't pay. When we can, we'll tell you first.
- When an account is deleted, everything stored for it is deleted, as the Privacy Policy describes.
11. Changes
We may change Nexoro and these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Nexoro after that, the new terms apply. Price changes for coaches take effect on your next bill after the notice.
12. Disclaimers
Nexoro is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error free or that device data will always be complete or accurate.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Nexoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for injuries from training. Our total liability to a coach is limited to what that coach paid us in the 12 months before the claim; to a client, $100.
14. Indemnity
Coaches agree to cover Nexoro for claims that come from their coaching or their use of client data.
15. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute about these terms or Nexoro will be decided by the state or federal courts in Denton County, Texas.
